i'm a core gamer for over 20 years now (if you can say core gamer to a gamer 20 years ago) and for me, dance central or kinect sports are real games. they aren't ego-shooters, they aren't rpg's but they are real games, just another categorie which many "new" core gamers don't like but i think many gamers over 30 who play videogames over 20 years now like those games as well.

15 years ago i played games with my friends now i play kinect games with my family and i don't have less fun with them and i did both just for fun and not to be "serious" and i still love to play "core" games but there are some like me who are "core" gamers playing with kinect as well. sure there are some casual gamers who play only kinect but there are many like me playing both kinds of videogames and even as casual games they are real games.

some core gamers are so crazy everything which doesn't fit in their "a game has to be hard, complicated, just for nerds" categorie has to be shit and cant be a real game. no way would someone like this have fun playing with some other friends or family kinect sports. "how can someone have fun with something which is made just to have a lot fun?" do they believe lol

most of the nerds hating kinect will like it a lot when they will have an own family and they will stop talking shit about it. they just hate it as long as they have noone to play with like a beautiful wife and a great kid.

last year i didn't buy some core games (dark souls for example) because i played kinect games. not because i'm a noob just because i didn't have time to play all core games because of some kinect hours. before kinect i would have said "baby i'm playing xbox now, cu later" and now i say many times "baby let's have some fun playing xbox". is this really so bad for so many people?

i dont know who´s worst, a guy saying 360 library isnt good when its by far one of the best out there if not the best with the better multis, amazing exclusives and full of goodness since 2005 or if you saying 360 is only selling because of Kinect when 360 Sales have exploded since Slim release so it isnt just Kinect, its the Console itself, sure Kinect is helping. Those games arent Real Games so what is a Real Game ?? Call of Duty and Battlefield ?

Also have you ever played Kinect ?? iTs amazing in parties or playing with your girlfriend or wife or kids. its alot of fun and worth it.

Ill back you up with that. Kinect really is fun. Specially when you have people around.

Nice job by MS to comeback and win the total sales for the year. At first it looked like they had only won the per capita sales (which honestly is the most important) but to win the actual total volume in sales is very impressive.

I still think Sony has done a great job with the PS3 the past few years and at this point insignificant sales victories really are not important to either company.

Say whaaaaa... I suppose this makes sense with seeing so many Fable 3 sold along with Kinect Adventures... I was saying to myself, this can't possibly be all MS has sold unless almost every bundle bought was a Kinect one or a Fable 3 Halo Reach one.
