So many big games are coming out this Christmas season--don't overlook this collection. It's the best bang for you buck since The Orange Box.


Oh thats pretty cool, I havent finished peacewalker, got to a point where somehow it just got strange, maybe I played too much back then. The feature is definately great!

3 is, in my opinion, the best.  I am going to get this collection, and when I do that means I will have bought MGS3 3 times (MGS3: Snake Eater, MGS3: Subsistence, HD Collection).

The ony one I haven't played all the way through is MGS1, I bought it on PSN I just haven't goteen around to finishing it :(

 

I want this collection now but I have no money to get it :(  Christmas maybe?

It's a great collection of some of the best games ever released, but I'm still just amused by the fact that of the 3 main Metal Gear Solid games in the collection, the eponymous hero, Solid Snake, doesn't even feature in 2 of the games (MGS3 & Peace Walker) and has what basically amounts to a glorified cameo in the 3rd (MGS2). In fact, the only 2 "Solid" games in which Solid Snake serves as protagonist (MGS1 & MGS4), are the only 2 omitted in this collection.

I have never played a MGS game before so I want to get this collection. So If I haven't played the first one does it matter?

If I were to theoretically buy this collection, what is the order I should play them in? I already bought MGS1 on psn, and have barely touched it. Should I play the Nes games 1st then MGS 1-3 and then Peace Walker? Also, my friend told me to play MGS3 before 1, but I felt like that would be too weird. Should I buy MGS4 and play that before peace walker?Plz help. :(

Edit: Does every game in the collection have trophies? Even the Nes games?
