Just simply won't happen. I doubt even on the PS4/720 there will be download-only titles of this caliber.

Yeah I don't think that download titles like this will happen until closer to 2020.

Stuff like this won't ever happen, games will get larger and so the chance of download only is impossible. Next gen gamers will expect even more from their games so games going 50+ GB will not be that hard to see. Rage is 25gb on the PC and from what i heard the high res texture pack is 100GB?

Michael Pachter actually gives the best explanation as to why this won't happen.

it is not possible that GTA V is digital download only, ZERO probability. 40% of 360s sold have 20Gb or smaller HDD

Good thing this isn't going to happen since I would never buy GTAV if it was digital-only.
