It does look like a generic MMO. I am greatly saddened.

95% of gamers don't know they are noobs, the 5% who do won't be noobs for long

Wow, im sad that dragon quest has become that. Might be a good game though.

Is this real? My god I hope not. Im also hoping that the WiiU version wont be just a "bump-up-the-textures" cash-in :|

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

Have you guys not played a Dragon Quest game before? They're never graphically impressive; but always better than other RPGs.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

dragon quest games are about quests, and all the extra stuff u can do in the game. never was or will be about the graphics like the final fantasy series is.

Dont care about the graphic, but it seems like they changed the gameplay quite a bit. I liked the random encounter of dragon quest.

Looks rather generic. Also the characters don't seem to fit in the game very well.

mmm :/

Most people in this thread seem to be able to tell everything about a game by its graphics. Really, I would like to know how this skill is possible? I'm curious.

Dragon Quest 5 on DS is one of the greatest games I have ever played, and it looks very similar to this in art-style. Is it possible that play experience is not as valuable as screen shots in determining what the game is like?
