is there a game you've seen that made you "ewww.. this is probably the first Vita game that i dislike!"

Yes every single port, I hate ports to handhelds unless they are free or bundled with the origional. All these ports are a major turn off to me, I'm not going to buy two copies of the same game. Since I won't buy two copies of the same game why would I buy the Vita version when the PS3 or console version will look superior on my large TV?
I'm disgusted by all the ports on 3DS and Vita, but Vita has so many in its launch line-up that I find it to be a major turn off!

I'm curious about what kind of distinction you'd make. I don't find ports to be a bad thing by definition, but it's something that needs to be handled delicately. The most important thing about them should be finding a balance between ports and original content, so the ports for the Vita don't really bother me, because there's tons of original content coming too.
That said, basic ports are nothing to celebrate. If any game is going to get a late port for the launch of a new platform, it better be something special. It has to be better than the original in some way, like having more content, better graphics or better controls, etc.
A good remake/remastering of a game is awesome, it provides me with a chance to play a game in its greatest form, and that's the sort of late port I like. It's (hopefully) the best version of the game and is well suited/adapted for the platform it is ported to (like OoT3D, Monster Hunter 3G Vita and so on).
Even a game like Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom on the Vita actually looks very attractive, even though it's not very different from its console counterparts. It's simply because the platform is well suited for it, I'd much rather be playing a game like that on the go from time to time than for hours on end in my home.
So I would disagree with your black and white view of the port situation. It's very delicate, but it can definitely be a good thing.
