is there a game you've seen that made you "ewww.. this is probably the first Vita game that i dislike!"

i'm curious

Yes every single port, I hate ports to handhelds unless they are free or bundled with the origional. All these ports are a major turn off to me, I'm not going to buy two copies of the same game. Since I won't buy two copies of the same game why would I buy the Vita version when the PS3 or console version will look superior on my large TV?

I'm disgusted by all the ports on 3DS and Vita, but Vita has so many in its launch line-up that I find it to be a major turn off!

Wait what? Most the Vita lineup are not ports, wtf are you smoking dude? Uncharted: Golden Abyss a whole different game, KZ and Resistance whole different games or spinoffs if that. Wipeout a different game, then you have that Gravity game (4got the name), another Superstardust game, Little Deviants, among sooooo many others that are not ports. Yea that guy Ono who talked crapped is guilty of porting SF X Tekken though. If anything, it's the 3DS that's going to be stuck with even Vita ports lol. As for playing KZ3 on the Vita that is due to a little concept called streaming (something your beloved Nintendo will probably end up doing with the Wii U tablet control).

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.

If you're that disgusted, why do you own OoT 3D? I hope it's your first copy. Also, why do you own a 3DS? The WHOLE noteable lineup for it was ports! SFIV, OoT, Star Fox 64, Rayman 2...

Read my post carefully "I'm disgusted by all the ports on 3DS and Vita" and yes OoT is the first copy I have actually paid money for. i got the LoZ collection on GameCube for free from Nintendo. However I don't know where it went and I like OoT, I decided rather then purchasing it on VC I'd rather get the 3D updated version.

Rayman 3D another port I own, I never ever played prior to 3DS. I always wanted to play it but for some reason I never did. I loved Rayman back on the PSOne and had heard so many great things about Rayman2 I had to try it out. Also those two ports aren't of games I can currently buy for my other consoles. LoZ isn't a port its more like a remake everything was rebuilt essentially its a major upgrade from its predescessor. Rayman I can't buy on PS3/360.

So I am slightly less disgusted by those two titles then the other ports. However you'll note I never purchased StreetFighter4 or other ports.

However yes I am disgusted in the 3DS's heavy port line up just as much as PSVita's. I will also likely purchase a Vita once a game comes that I want and I have the availible funds to purchase one. However I can't say that these ports impressed me in the slightest as I said the whole port thing is a major turn off!

Most new consoles I have seen have ports, wii had it, PS3 had it, 360 had it. Its a way to keep the library interesting at the beginning.

Super Monkey Ball comes to mind.

i've never understood how they manage to have a monkey ball with every recent console launch.  played the hell out of the gamecube version but i've been bored with it since so i agree with you here.

also virtual fighters...i don't think i'm a fan of AR at all actually.

edit: reality fighters??

aw much work as i've done on the official vita thread lately i haven't had time to look, but from wht i've seen no.

my fav. by far is gravity daze.

ports? your talking about PS1 PS2 ports right? cause all the other games will have cross platform play in which you buy 1 bundled game (with no price rang at this time/this will be with near every game that comes out for Vita and PS3)with a game for your Vita and PS3 with the ability to use save files from both games across both consoles.

i don't know how mny ports there are but there are alot that allow for cross platform play, and you will only have to buy one box/case with 2 games in it!

Not really. I mean, of course there are the usual suspects making a few cheap ports, but most of the time, it seems like the various developers are actually trying to do something original with the Vita. Even something like Book of Memories at least has an interesting premise, even though the gameplay doesn't look like much at this point.
