I had one in my room many years ago that left me pale and triggered my phobia of spiders. I was sitting on my bed playing Tomb Raider Anniversary when I heard scuttling on the floor. Me and my friend thought it was a mouse or something so we turned the light on, a few minutes later, a huge spider ran out from under my bed. I've been to plenty of zoo's and seen many tarantulas but that spider in my room is still the biggest I have ever seen, it isn't far off the one in that photo.

It was only a few days ago that I found one roughly 4 inches across behind my bed, they're everywhere this time of year.

As for mosquitos, they're pretty bad in my area too. It hasn't been as bad this year because they sprayed the ditches for the Golf Opening, but 3 or 4 years ago they would eat you alive. If you went outside past 7pm you would usually end up with a few bites.

C'mon, mosquitoes are not that bad. Cockroaches are disgusting, especially the ones that fly.

Oh my, that soudns liek something out of a horror movie. How huge? 10 inches?! And was it dangerous (poisonous or something)?

a friend of mine told me a story about how he once saw a cockroach inside his toliet bowl, he tried to hit it with urine, it suddenly flew up and landed on his penis.

not sure if I belive him though, wouldn't the cockroach try bite his penis?
