If Gears 3 can sell 6 million before 2012 then it will more than likely do 8-9 million lifetime, give or take.

Well I have no idea, the beta helped for sure, if it wasn't for the beta I wouldn't be surprised it would end up doing worse. Yeah Gears of war 2 gave a lot of gamers a bad taste and another game that was overhyped. I know I sound like I am flaming but I am 100% sure that a lot of players who played Gears of War 3 were really loving it and after the beta tried the Gears of War 2 multiplayer and thought it was shit...

Sure not, just a curiosity that matches with the 6 million BHR-3 ´s prediction.

I usually believe in prophecies from BRH-3 oracle, so i added one more tip.

Nope, similar numbers to Gears 2 I reckon and that Gears console looks great, but too late for me as I just got myself a 360 S and it is really expensive in the UK, as it is not receiving the same discounts as the standard versions of the console

First I think Gears will sell 4.5 to 5 million in the first year, Gears 2 sold better then Gears 1, and G3 looks to outsell G2 just the same..

Reach surpassed Halo 2 (about 1 month ago) and is now the #2 best selling Halo of all time behind Halo 3 ( which sold 11 million copies in since Sept 2007 ).. I beleive Reach will hit 10 million+ lifetime.. as it needs only 1.3 million more to get there.. it may get close to Halo 3's 11 million mark.. either way its sales are very respectable and i expect it'll be close to 11 millon but miss the mark slightly.. again though Reach has l been out less then a  year.. it should pick up some holiday sales and get another boost soon..
