Some useful information regarding the previous games :
Uncharted 2:Among Thieves = 4.72M in 93 weeks.
Battlefield:Bad Company 2(360) = 2.99M in 72 weeks.
Uncharted 2:Among Thieves in 72 weeks : 4.49M.
Now,based on these numbers,you would say that U3 will easily beat Battlefield 3,but thats not the case.EA is going all out with this one,having an estimated marketing budget of 50M$.
U3 is likely to not have U2's advantages :
1.It won't have the same quality difference over U2,as U2 had over U1.
2.Based on point #1,it's likely to not get GOTY again,which helped U2 2 years ago.
3.U3 will face quite some competition from Arkham City.
And still,I believe U3 will outperform Battlefield 3,but it will be very close.
Once we get 10 weeks of data for both games,we'll decide if this club is a failure or not
