Forums - Sales - LA Noire sales at 4million,Red Dead Redemption 11million

Rockstar and Team Bondi’s detective story LA Noire has sold-in more than four million copies worldwide, Take-Two’s latest financial results show.

The game launched in mid-May and, along with Duke Nukem Forever for which the sales numbers are curiously absent, is one of the titles credited for the company’s fiscal Q1 revenues.

“The strongest contributors to net revenue in the first quarter included new titles led by L.A. Noire, Duke Nukem Forever, NBA 2K11 and Carnival Games: Monkey See, Monkey Do,and catalog titles led by the Red Dead Redemption franchise, the Grand Theft Auto franchise and Borderlands,” the report informs.

Red Dead has to date, including the two million from the Undead Nightmare stand-alone disc, sold-in 11 million copies. Borderlands is at 4.5 million.

Good, now go and make GTA V!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

god damn red dead 11 million?

Red Dead Redemption / Undead Nightmare looks undertracked by quite a bit... Unless UN sold really, really well on DD.

They both deserve every sale! Although I hope that L.A Noire can make it to at least 6-7 million

I think that's it.

so red dead 3 confirmed? i hope so

It's really surprising that they didn't bother to release Red Dead on PC, they could have gotten another 1 or 2 million sales easily.

correct me if I'm wrong but even with those numbers they lost 8 million dollars?
