getting DS as soon as price drops

WAS gonna wait for vita but not when it's twice as expensive with ported console games

going to wait until I can get one used for under $100 on ebay, however long it may take. The nintendo ds will be enough for me for a long time, since I only play portables when I'm on the go.

I am so torn over this question. The 3ds looks so much more appealing, but the software is still not there for me. The games they announced look great, but they are the type of games I would buy for the platform if I already had it, but nothing I would buy the platform for, if that makes sense. The only game that truly tempts me to buy it RIGHT NOA is Paper Mario 3ds, and even then I don't know when it is coming out. Also, I am disappointed by what I have seen by Super Mario 3ds. Just give me either 3d or 2d mario for heavens sake. They combined the worst elements of the games...
As for PSV catering to me....nah. PSV looks beautiful, but the announced software for the psv is worse than the 3ds' imo. UC GA looks awful to me and there are really no other good games announced. A Battlefront, Battlefield, or MAG game for the PSV would sell it to me though. Then again, the same could be said for the 3ds...

No, Im gonna continue to wait for the eventual 3ds XL!!!

For 50€ (if there will be a working R4), why not try it?

I'm waiting for the fate of Kororinpa to be confirmed before I make a buying decision. If it's cancelled, it will take at least six other games to fill the hole.

If vita would be 50€ then yes. But it won't be that cheap. :P

It is strange that some people think that Sony Vita will even have the success of the PSP. It will not come near the 3DS sales and will have much lower sales than the PSP.

PSP was a tech-gadget in its time, but today tech-gadget-buyer will don't buy Vita, they will buy smartphones and Tablet-PC.
