No, but I hope that the price drop also happens in Europe as well as the apology program.
EDIT: Confirmed.

That will bring it down to almost the same price as a DSi.
Man that's cheap, I'll definitely be getting one when the big software titles start releasing.
|
You could still snatch a good deal and sign up for the 20 free games program in the next few days. UK retailers are in a constant price war as far as I know, so the official price drop might not be all that significant in the end. Well, depends on if you want 10 NES and 10 GBA games.

I imagine they'll pass on most of the cut, maybe around £50.
Besides, there are literally no games out I want yet (if they'd localised Layton already I'd be tempted...) and NES and GBA games don't interest me at all, so there's no point me buying one right now. Layton, Super Mario, Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion, and RE: Revelations are the titles I really want, so once a couple of those are out I'll buy one. |
YES. Someone else who has remembered about Layton!!!
Though, some of those games have confirmed release dates (Mario 3D Land in October, for example) and the Revelations demo I played seemed pretty solid...I'd say all bar one or two will be out in 6 months time.
OT: No, because i got one at launch. And after 250 hours, 4 games and several from the eShop, I don't regret it. The 20 free games is just awesome, frankly.
