Why don't you like it at all? IS it just because it's very similar to the DS, or is there something you actively don't like? I just am not interested in many games at all yet. I would wait for another price drop on top of this if I could, but I imagine they won't drop again for years after this lol.

My problem though is that the DS Lite is absolutely sufficient for my gaming needs, as I play mostly older games in 2D anyways.

ahhhh, and therein lies the problem.

People think this is a DS with 3D, the general public dont fully appreciate the difference in spec. There is no proper distiction in the marketing and it even looks identical at first glance.

I'm sorry they didn't provide the huge, graphical leap you were expecting... If they did then they wouldn't be able to cut the price down to consumer friendly price.
