It really is the truth in most cases. Thing is, sometimes rehabilitation is just impossible, more so when they society that screwed up the individual in the first place isn't even the society you're in now. Countries should have stricter immigration policies.

There's no justification or excuses for attacks like this. But I do agree Europe and America need to become much stricter on immigration and defending their borders.
