As for this Durkin guy...... he's lost his very mind and is quite content as such. This guys argument is as similar as the straight-faced denial from the mouth of a US congressman. If he would've said that the Xbox 360 has less high profile first party exclusives, so we back the one huge title we've got for the year with massive commercialization, so it will sell as many as two or three exclusives with medium level commercialization (IE: Sony), then i'd agree.

i'm thinking that microsofts first party line up will probably outsell the one for the ps3 this year and for some people thats enough... not how good the games actually are but their sales lmfao

Im curious about the MS numbers that are actually 1st party developed/owned. Not with stuff like Gears/Mass Effect added in.

As a 360 owner, I have to disagree. I have played all the 1st party 360 titles worth playing in my opinion. Of them, Halo is propping them all up on metacritic and the only reason Halo is propping them up with a 77 average is due to 8 year olds who give anything Halo an insta "10" regardless of a rational opinion not made irrational by Halo fandom.

The entire Fable series is a car wreck in slow motion where the best of it is from the first and it only gets worse. I cannot wait to get my giggles on once more details of Fable Kinect are released in due time.

Gears of War was at it's best during Gears of War. Gears of War 2 was a let down in my opinion.

As for Forza and any other PC ports, the fact that I have not played them speaks volumes about how good they are in my book. I have the income and a lot of free time on my hands. If I have not played them it is because I have already judged that they are not worth the time nor the dollar.

Therefore as a 360/Wii owner, my opinion of who has the best 1st party titles is: 1. Nintendo, 2. Sony, and 3. Microsoft
