the lighting is awesome but it is unreal

Forza 4 uses the best lighting system currently available. IBl. The same system used by Hollywood.

It looks unreal. Especially the Sun glint off the cars.

Unbelievable.

polyphony digital has their work cut out for them

i meant the unreal part in a bad way.

it looks awesome when you play a game as we wanna have that aww factor, but that isn't really what should be there.

the sun glint looks good but it is not like it should be.

everything looks amazing but I must agree that the cars must be getting polished throughout race because they seem way too shiny. Everything else really does look amazing though.

That's ... that's pornography.

From that direct feed, in visuals alone Forza 4 seems to beat GT5. The car details are pretty much matched albeit with much better shadowing in Forza 4 and the enviroment details are much better as well.

If Forza 4 adds weather effects and day-to-night transitions, it would be safe to say that Forza 4 will completely trump over GT5.

Isn't that what polyphony bragged about for GT5, they said it was more perfect than real life and this is exactly what they were talking about.

I don't know what snakenobi was trying to get across but Polyphony bragged about perfection but not in the sense where their cars looked shiny. And I agree although the footage looks awesome, the cars do look shiny but that's always been the outcome of Forza.

I just find it funny how throughout the vistas in the vid it was stating that all graphics were in game but when it got to the actual gameplay it didn't look anywhere near as good as the vistas. The top-notch fluid framerate adds to these great graphics as well. Good AA. Good vid.
