It's just me or I can't see the consoles the number are in OP.

Same here. I'm checking the front page, though.

3DS needs a price cut, a new model, a holiday season and a bundle with 2D Mario in order to save it now. Even then it's still going to fare worse than the DS, but at least save it from being dream-casted. Although OoT 3D is still selling some hardware in the US..it's still a terrible situation.

The X360 - PS3 weekly sales gap in NA is interesting. I don't recall it being so close in quite a while.

I'm not buying any numbers until actual shipment numbers come in.

Well, we'll have to wait and see the effect of NPD numbers on the next weeks. Even if VGC waits for shipments before any adjustments, next week numbers should reflect the US x360 promotion, shouldn't it? I mean, if NPD numbers are real, there's an average of 40k per week more x360 to add in AMericas numbers over the last 5 weeks. So I guess we'll have to wait to make any comments on the x360 position.

Dang you! I posted mine, didn't see yours on here, edited mine once, THEN yours was up as well... so I check to see the number expecting mine to be earlier, but yours was

OT: Good numbers! Though I suspect 360 is still being undertracked since it was under by almost 200k last month in the US alone, and that deal with Best Buy/Dell/etc is still going on as far as I know.

Adjustments to add in that quite considerable undertracking would be great.

I'm really sorry dude there was some confusing shit going on.

I created a thread for the Japanese numbers, but 10 minutes after that I saw that Americas numbers were up as well and I had zero replies in my thread, so I figured out it would be stupid to create a new thread for the worldwide numbers. I checked if someone already made a thread for it (nobody did) and just changed the title and content accordingly.

After I did that I saw you created a thread as well. That is the reason why it looks like I was 10 minutes faster, but in reality I think we did it simultaneously.

- inFAMOUS 2 is basically identical to inFAMOUS 1 after 5 weeks: (iF 1- 618,191/iF2 - 618,024).

No Japan for inFAMOUS 2 yet... iF2 Japan sales is at least great (2x iF1 sales).

Other things I see:

- L.A. NOIRE on PS3 is a great deal ahead of the 360 in weekly numbers. Was not expecting that. At that rate, it'll be ahead WW next week or so.

- God of War III must have had some price drop/deal.

- The Wii's price cut(s) effect is wearing off.

- inFAMOUS 2 is basically identical to inFAMOUS 1 after 5 weeks: (iF 1- 618,191/iF2 - 618,024).

At Gamestop we had God of War 3 for sale brand new for $15 all week which gave it the boost.
