I guess now would be a bad time to say I really enjoyed Cars 1. I'd say Up, Toy Story 3, and The Incredibles round out my Pixar top three (not in that order), though.

I think the making of Cars 2 went like this:
-Exec: Hey, what did fans enjoy most about the movie, Cars?
-Underling: Well, test audiences really enjoyed the character, Mater.
-Exec: Seriously? That retarded tow truck that we threw in there for comic relief? People liked that character?
-Underling: Yes sir. They feel that he gave the movie a heart.
-Exec: But.....he was played by Larry the Cable Guy! Nevermind. It's settled. Begin production on "Cars 2: The Adventures of Mater"!! That Larry the Cable Guy must be some sort of comic genius! His style will NEVER get old!

Five years later:
-Exec: *Shoots self in the head*

Well it's pixar, even I would think they can do nothing wrong, they're movies are usually awesome.

If you could put all Nintendo's and Pixar's fanbase together you'll have a sea of child madness.

Not a good comparison in my opinion, Nintendo still make videogamey videogames, Pixar have never been big on making cartoony cartoons. Disney made cartoony cartoons back in the day, but they really don't anymore.

I took my niece and Id have to agree with how terrible it was.

She on the other hand loved it so much, she asked her mom to take her again.

Kids are insane but since I had to sit through the nightmare, so should she.

All the focus on Tow Mater was indeed a bad idea, i mean Larry The Cable guy was well past his prime appeal when Cars 1 came out, putting yet more focus on him now made even less sense

Could be worse. You could have to sit through Cars Life 2 rented from the Redbox! How do these studios not get sued from there ripoffs? Ratatoing. Battle OF Los Angelas. Paranoid Activity 2. Transmorphers 2: Fall of Man. Chop Kick Panda!!!! LOL

I guess Cars 2 is to Pixar what Metroid: Other M was to Nintendo.

The first Cars wasn't even that good a movie, so I expected this one to suck as soon as I saw it.

the first Cars move wasn't that good in my opinion. i think it is the worst Pixar movie but guess the second one is takes crown now. haven't seen it yet tough.

yes 3DS is great and i love it!

I like monsters inc and rattatouille the best. I would like wall-e the best. if it was just the first 45min... the rest of it was just okay.

I didn't like the first cars. I liked mater or whatever. So would that be a good thing for me?

and Antz is better than any pixar movie ever made imo. But still, behind Studio Ghibli and old Disney, pixar is my favorite animation studio.
