Currently on the fence.

I wouldn't have given it a thought at all but then I played Vanquish and am really really enjoying the hell out of it and I wouldn't mind something else that Mikami had a part in making.

I don't want to pay full price for it though which is why I am currently on the fence.

Do I give up on L.A. Bore and trade it in towards this game or do I finish it first and then do the trade?

Personally, if a game is boring me, I don´t finish it...we play games to have fun, no point in finishing it if you aren´t having fun...unless you really really wanna see the ending, but then again just see it on Youtube.

ironic since the only reason that they wanted EA to publish it , is to have some sort of marketing in the west similar to Dead Space.

My fiance enjoyed watching me play it.

Anyways I ended up selling ~7 titles and getting ~$141 from Gamestop + Power Up Rewards subscription + 12-months of GameInformer. However I neglected to buy anything new.

Now I have these 2 Gamestop cards sitting here with ~$200 or so total between the two of them.

Considering just saving it up and getting a Vita or 3DS by the holidays. Still undecided on which to grab.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

L.A. Noire will continue to be a bore if you find it boring right now. However this is one of those games that will be $30-40 in couple of months. Your call.

Seeing as this is an EA game but doesn't have an online mode... I assume there's no such thing as "online pass" or some other DRM crap in the game, right?

By the way, can you back-up your save files to a USB stick in the PS3 version? or is this one of those games that has copy-protected save data?

I'll try to buy this when I'm less busy.

@Acevil
Your post count is 6666 right now! :O

A banner stolen from some site xD

Release Final Fantasy Versus XIII nowwwwwwwwww!!! lol :P

Picked up F3AR for lunch today...but was so tempted to get this. They had a copy just sitting there...looking at me...whispering sweet things in my ear.

It sucks that more press wasn't available for this. It looks exceptional but I don't know much about it. I don't want to be stuck with a dud lol

Sold L.A. Noire today but kept the DLC vouchers and film strips with the locations of the badges. Going to buy it later on down the road when it costs ~$20.

Now I am stuck wondering what to do with $200 in Gamestop credit.

Will probably get this game when it gets cheaper. I bought Vanquish for $10 and wouldn't mind doing the same for this one.

I just hate spending $60 on games now.

I have some fund problems though my goal is to pick it up before summers end.

So far it's pretty all right. Visually inventive but mechanically ordinary, definitely more Suda than Mikami.
