The only way to get out is to kill Gaddafi.

He won't ever agree to a deal that removes him from power because he knows he'd eventually be tried in the Hague, and he won't stop oppressing people while he is in power.

Now, killing Gaddafi may not be right or legal. But it is the only viable option.
