I am starting this a way for everyone to clearly see what the VIta has to offer as far as games. I will be creating threads such as this one displaying select games that are being highly praised and are being expected to become system sellers for the PSVita once it launches. We can discuss what we think will be the Rating average for each title and geuss how much each will most likely sell and it's merit as a possible system seller.

this game looks good

This and wipeout make me seriously consider a Vita sooner than I had intended on buying one before. Looks like an interesting concept and I like the art style.

I know right? I chose this game first over the obvious Uncharted Golden Abyss because I have noticed a very huge surplus of previews on it as of today when it was not even mentioned at Sony's E3 conference. I think this might be another title in Sony's repetoire that they vastly underestimate(Demon's Souls much). The game is a surprise hit with all the journalist and many are choosing it as the Vita's secret killer app.

I'm not convinced GD is a "system seller.", I'm more in line with 2048 and UGA.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

If all goes according to plan on Vita launch I will be picking up...

1. Uncharted: Golden Abyss

2. Gravity Daze

3. SuperStardust Delta

And I also LOVE the art style. Its so whimsical and free flowing. Especially her hair. It is kind of reminding me of a Studio Ghibli film for some odd reason. Its so strange this game is coming from Sony's Japan studios who last worked on Sirens. Its a entirely different genre and playstyle from Siren.

I think this game will have more appeal than Wipeout or Uncharted for certain demographics...

-Japanese gamers as a whole.

-Anime buffs

-Younger crowd

I see UGA and WO as hardcore system sellers for the the immediate hardcore who will no doubtedly pick up Vita on launch but if the system is to be successful it has to branch out of just that demographic. I'm not saying the game will sell tons but at least enough to warent a sequel I think.

I estimate 100-200k LTD

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
