I personally think it's on par with UC:DF

and if GA = DF

it automatically means this game looks better than most ps360 games as DF even today is one of the best looking HD games available.

I wouldn't compare versions based on just couple of screenshots. Screenshots could have been manipulated (not saying these are though) or other screenshot is best picture from game and other is just average screenshot. The whole game never looks as good, there are parts where graphics is better than rest of the game and moments where graphics is worse. You can find parts with bad graphics even from games which great graphics. What I am saying is that you can only get real sense of real videos from game, not screenshots. And I mean LONG videos from game, not just small clip. From what I've seen videos from U:GA I would say graphics are nearly as good as U1 though.
