This is very disappointing if they have slowed down the battle system and ruined my favourite battle system of all time....all they had to do was add more paradigms, specific ones maybe and add changing characters (which was a feature removed at the last minute anyway according to kitase).

As for the rich world etc, well they did say in an interview in Feb that the game will have lots more npc's and villages in the new world etc, all that was expected.

BUT

They shouldn't dare to ruin this battle system, of course slowing it down a bit and adding more strategy would be fine with me, but if its slowed down too much then I will not be happy at all.

I'm fine if he is, he looks cool. But not serah! lol 

The battle system was no doubt the worst part of FF13.  All the battles played the exact same.   It added nothing to the game.  They should just go back to old fighting style from FFX and before.  Not only that, but gold, items, weapons, equipment had no meaning in FF13.

My thoughts exactly.

Playable I will do with her, thing is I want to get to know Serah more, but she seemed a bit like Vanille (who I disliked) in XIII, but she wasn't as bad as Vanille I guess and now we are 3 years in the future so she's probably more mature.

But not as a main character, ewww...how weird would the box art look with serah on it LOL

I wonder if this is game could e a slightly different take on the Final Fantasy X-2 style because that would be awesome^_^with Serah as main the Main Character. 

will get this game on day 1 for sure, i really liked final fantasy 13 alot. since i own it on both systems, and will do the same again with this game as well.
