you can train not to like things, by getitng punished with a shock of say 50.000volt

so if you got wacked parents who want you to be gay, they zap you when you get a boner from some random chick

that's aversion therapy and it has made people 'non-gay' although I'm pretty sure it's illegal now.

That's been proven to not work. I also beleive it's considered torture.

Being gay isn't 'nature' - because the whole point of sex/attraction is reproduction obviously and support for the young.

It's anti-nature. I know that makes being gay sound like a bad thing, and its not, but thats the way it is.

Anyway I believe its choice. All males are born to enjoy stimulation of the penis; the choice is whether the stimulation is done by a female's front, or another dude's rear end. You chose which is more aesthetically pleasing to you.

You can't pick your emotions... "today I'll deicde to be attracted to men for a change". There is no choice involved whatsoever. In fact, we have little control over most things in life.

Your environment shapes your emotions to a very large extent. You develop schema of what is attractive, and then males or females will fulfill this attractive criteria better for you.

If this were true, then there would be no homosexuals (actually, there would be no individuality, or behavioral differences between people for that matter).

They could argue that personal satisfaction is what they want and your environment won't have a control over that.

Like people either like mantle or vag it depends on people's preference.

My brother loves peanut butter, but I have absolutely hate it from the texture to taste.

Yes, and you didn't choose to hate peanut butter, did you? So I think this is more a thing that is genetic.

My whole family can atleast tolerate it, while I can't so your point is?

And if you felt left out and decided to start liking peanut butter one day, could you?

No. Because it's not a lifestyle choice. And neither is being gay.

Exactly, and I hate the texture and the taste of cock.

And what does cock taste like superchunk?

Going by your hypothesis (that the environment determines what people's preferences are), then someone growing up in a heteronormative environment, where people are indoctrinated with the ideea that they should only be attracted to people of the opposite sex, will only find people of the oppiste sex attractive (as the environment is what causes preference, at least that's what you said).

This would essentially apply to every aspect of a person's life (everyone would like the same food, the same drinks, the same books, the same music etc.). Reality obviously proves otherwise.

Yeah reality does prove otherwise since your stating the extreme, but if you did put that into the test what will happen?

Homophobia is one of the few things in this world I can't stand. It's as bad as racism and sexism, and a lot more common.

whether  someone born this way or not the sure is that society will make him feel GUILTY

That 's the whole point

even the fact that a thread like this exists

what is gay ? some kind of science fiction craziness that needs analyzing ?

A category created in the 19th century for the repression and the control of people's sexuality. It was mainly created so those that call themselves "heterosexuals" could gain power over those they labeled as "homosexual".
