The first piece of disppointing news about BF3 was that they're making a campaign for it.......lol, I kid!  (or am i?!)

 

Anyways, played BC2's campaign about once-twice, and never touched it again in all the many months I played it. I'll keep some faith in DICE to keep the multiplayer the way it should be:  BC2's online was the most fun i had in a shooter in ages.

If anything, a CoD'ish campaign will attract some new players to the series. I still personally think BC2's multi was a little underrated. Sure, it had a military theme like all the other 1592837 shooters out there but the quality was amazing.

I honestly didn't know Battlefield had single player.

Yeah... I wasn't aware BF had singleplayer either. Back in the day Single-Player on games like this would mean you and bots go and beat the MP maps.

Now if they screw up the MP (what the fuck? BC2 classes/regening health?) then I will be far mroe pissed off.

I really really really really wish they remove regen health for multiplayer. Make the medic an actual MEDIC rather than Rambo Priest with rez. Even the half regen only concept from killzone 2 would be better than system used in BC2.
