That's not even the worst part. We're also hearing that the 3DS will see an update that will block the system from booting up if you've used a flash cart. Even if they do keep track of what you're doing (which isn't entirely scrupulous but not unexpected) we can hope that they won't try to brick your Christing system over it. This conclusion is being leaped to a bit too hastily.

I can't tell if you are serious or not >__> 

 

I can't imagine using my DS without my Acekard. It makes it all nice and portable, being able to back up saves is nice too. Plus I can get my pre-orders a few days early sometimes

Edit: it should be noted I don't condone piracy.

It's too soon for a DD only console and the failure of the PSP Go should have made that clear to everyone, including the people in charge of Microsoft's gaming division.
