... a NES-themed Wii (other colors include Red, Pink, Black, Blue). These will launch on 1/24 alongside Super Smash Brothers Brawl in Japan, according to this week's Famitsu.

I hope Ninty plans on releasing these outside Jp, because it always seems to be Japan getting every colour under the sun, and US/Eu get about 3 colours.

They're desperate to stimulate sales back to summer levels, but I really don't know if that many people over there are really willing to fork over $350 for a colored Wii when they can just grab a PS3 + Blu-Ray for $50 more. This will only work well if they keep the normal pricetag.
