I guess they gotta blame someone for losing money year after year.

Well for what it's worth they are losing less money this year than the last couple.

What decent Wii/DS games have they even made? Their revenue has dropped consistently every year since the Wii released. This past quarter, Wii revenue was not much higher than PS2 revenue. Not PS3...PS TWO.

EA's Wii support has been abysmal. They threw everything at the 360 and they still lost money. And damn... I wish Michael was still alive lol

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

I agree with you, I just love using MJ whenever I have a chance lol.  They support Nintendo rather crappily and this is their just reward.  And don't make fun of PS2, he's just in a little slump! ;)

Yeah they just seem poorly run, like they're constantly operating under a loss leading model haha.  They need to shore up those expenses.

And as for Michael, so do I.  :(   He was beyond epic.  I mean, how many people can make 10 million fanatic women faint by grabbing his crotch?! Dude was magical.

I'll probably get flamed for saying this, but I will go anyway.

It is true that EA is not giving good games for the Wii and I wish they would.  However, I think Nintendo needs to take some of the blame for all this third party problem.  Historically, they have shown that they have had troubled relationships with third parties.  Sony and Microsoft probably give a little more help on marketing than Nintendo does.

At the beginning of this generation, the third parties almost dropped the PS3 for development and were going to do all HD exclusives on the 360.  Kaz Hirai had to do alot to keep the 3rd parties from doing that (apparently, begging on his knees according to an article).

I think it's time Nintendo show some more effort in this area if they want to have a more solid 3rd party foundation.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

? They already have with 3DS. Nintendo can only do so much. It's not their fault their 1st party games sell really well.

You are right in a way, that Nintendo don't try as much as Sony and Microsoft to land exclusive 3rd parties(Probably only with Capcom). However, when EA release a game like dead space on Wii, which is on rails and really not that good, and thenflame nintendo that it didnt do well... that is just low man!

And even though tiger woods performed the best on the wii every year, they didnt give it any attention this year round! It was like nonexistent! Dont mention that they've been on Ninendo's back for a year now, without really utting any effort...

I could understand activision for example if golden eye doesnt perform, but looking at preorders i'd say it's doin pretty alright! I mean it does look like a good solid game, and it shos that if you put a bit of effort, u can get them.

Even with all that, i think that it's too late for some 3rd parties to do well on the wii, given how lackluster there games have been. Other than Capcom, Sega, Ubisoft, and Activision, i see other 3rd party games flopping hard after they've lost so much credibility. Especially EA

It's EA.
