No it isn't I counted ICO collection in collections NOT disk based games another wrong assumption and I didn't make any mistakes I said WHK2 and Atelier Totori 2 will come out in 2011 if they take the same amount of time as their originals you should read what I type more carefully and if you aren't going to count them then take off all the games on the 360 list that aren't TBA 2011 (project draco is TBA I just looked it up) same with Steel Batallion: Heavy Armor and the halo remake it's rumored 2011 not confirmed and theres probably more if you look at everyone of them on the list and theres no proof halo remake will have new levels or use a different code in the multiplayer and the ICO collection is alot more then an HD port

Yes the 5 was an exaguration but you are not doing this non-biasedly you are looking for any excuse to take away ps3 titles and used rumored and TBA 360 games and I love how you just assume no1 is going to come out with more ps3 games but they will 360 games, and ps3 games will get delayed but 360 games won't even without an official annoucement

No 360 really doesn't there are still about 10 games that can go either way that you counted out for ps3 and about 5 of them that you counted for 360 that might not come out and again your math was off and your counting a halo remake which is a rumor and none of the ps3 collections, that sounds biased to me nevermind the fact that most of the games are kinect 3rd party shovelware which will likely get a counter part on wii or move just because thats what those companies usually do

EDIT: I also read somewhere that haunt is a xbl game not a disk one, what do you know http://www.xboxgaming.co.za/games/h/haunt/

Okay looking over the lists again, I realize Final Fantasy XIV is not included, but this game got a 4/10 rating. However since Sesaeme Street is included, it counts. Also "The Agency" is a 2011 title, not 2012 like I thought at first, so that brings the PS3 list to 22 games (I counted Move Heros twice before, so subtract 1 from that), and 360 still at 17. However this isn't that ridiculous of a software difference as you make it out to be. A lot of games on this list (Both MS and Sony) won't push any consoles. Also many of these games (both MS and Sony) will likely get delayed to 2012. 5 of the games on the PS3 list were actually games delayed from 2010, how many will get delayed to 2012? Only Prey 2 for 360 was delayed to 2011.

I doubled checked now, if my math is wrong, please tell me what game I am missing so I can include it.

As for White Knight Chronicles 2, sometimes translating games takes a while, there is no release window set for 2011 as of yet, so just like Project Draco, it doesn't count. Also I've heard rumors that this game won't even make it outside of Japan since the first one sold so poorly overseas.

Atelier is set for 2012, so it doesn't count.

Steel Batallion is TBA 2011 on IGN, go check again, and I took Project Draco out.

343 studios promised a Halo every year, thats why Halo remake is on the list. For all we know it won't be a Halo Remake, and rumors say that another developer will be making it. However, it won't be an HD port like ICO Collection is. If it were, it wouldn't be a full $60 retail game.

ICO Collection is listed as an "HD Compilation" on IGN. It's an HD port, with bonus features, which is completly different from a remake. It's equivalent to the God of War Collection.

What are you talking about counting out games? I'm being fair on both consoles. Whatever is registered as a 2011 exclusive title is included. We dunno what games are going to be timed exclusives, and it's likely many PS3 games will also be timed exclusives too. Also, most of 360's exclusives are Kinect exclusives (10 Forza), how could those ever become multiplatform? The other 6 are half 1st party, half 3rd. PS3 has 6 third party titles, should I count those all out too if third party games don't count on 360?

Look, that list is thorough, argue all you want, but the exclusive software lineup isn't that different. If you find an exclusive not mentioned with a confirmed 2011 release date, I'll add it in, but as it is (and I think I've looked into all these games now) there are 17 360 exclusives, and 22 PS3 exclusives for 2011 as of now.

It's not biased, Halo counts because it's a remake, not a PS2 game ported. There is a difference. I'm also not counting 5 360 games, and counting out 10 PS3 games, what PS3 games am I counting out? Games which might not make it to Americas, or have no set 2011 release date?

Also as for Haunt, I see nothing about it being XBLA on IGN. That link you provided also states Project Draco and Codename D are XBLA games. From what I know so far, being an XBLA game is a rumor, and not well founded as there are no confirmed Kinect capable Arcade games. Say what you wan't, but thats not biased.

Again Halo remake is only RUMORED 2011 it's not confirmed, it's not even confirmed to be in the making so counting it is biased even if you are convinced it's significally different from the original (which there is no proof of either) and if you really think MS is above charging full retail for an HD remake you are naive and promising something every year and an actual release date are two very different things

check IGN again http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/086/086594.html Release Date: TBA you know what I'm just going to go down the list

http://ps3.ign.com/objects/849/849135.html Prey 2 is on ps3, why do you have it as 360 exclusive?

http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/077/077597.html Release Date: TBA Codename kingdoms also not 2011

http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/019/019496.html Release Date: TBA Mech Warrior also TBA not TBA 2011

and I can't find anything on the halo remake at all, so thats the 5 your counting on 360 that shouldn't if your only counting 2011 release dates (not expected to release actual release dates) and if haunt is an arcade title it shouldn't be there either but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt

so thats 22 to 12 that seems like a big difference to me and I think ps3s games are better quality in the most part too I mean only a few games on the 360 list can even compete and that to me makes me think ps3 will sell more, maybe not overtake the 360 but certainly close the gap

EDIT grease also isn't exclusive http://123kinect.com/grease-coming-2011-kinect/

"Now we’ve green-lit the PS3 and 360 versions, and we are making sure that they will be all-singing and all-dancing."

so 22 to 11 PS3 has double

K so Prey probably was an exclusive which went multiplatform.

As for the rest, according to IGN, Steel Batallion, and Codename D are TBA 2011.

As for Project Kingdoms, Gametrailers used to have the release date April 1st 2011, but that was changed to TBA, however Joystick and www.projectkingdoms.org have a 2011 release date, but I guess it's still just a rumor. So I'll take it down, put it in 2012 and say rumored 2011 release.

Your also right about MechWarrior, but that link you gave me does not say anywhere that Grease is not a 360 exclusive. It's based off a Wii game, but it will be "very different" from the Wii and DS game according to that article. So it still counts.

Still, you knocked off 3 360 games, but while looking up links to verify those release dates, I found this:

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/114/1143572p1.html

There are a few more exclusive 360 games, with release dates here, which neither of us have previously seen. Dance Paradise, Fantastic Pets, and Michael Phelps are all 360 exclusives.

So it's still 17 to 22, not a crazy difference.

Also how many of those PS3 games will be delayed to 2012? 5 of the games on the list were already delayed from 2010 (LBP2, and The Last Guardian in particular), where 360 there are zero. MS also has a history of announcing games late, and Sony early, so this list could very well even out.

I'll edit that list accordingly.

You do know LBP2 won't be delayed to 2012 don't you?

And about game list war... it's sad to count games that no one cares, and most of those games (from both lists) won't make a difference in the sales alone, maybe the total lineup move a little software.
