Yes. They still have two more price cuts to make. It'll reach 100m by the end of 2011 or fiscal year 2012.

100m is easy (should be within the next 2 years, note that I'd give a more accurate prediction but VGC seems to be having problems). The system is the best selling of the generation and still costs $200. Expect prices to drop to $100 as Nintendo milks the hardwhere when N6 is out. The Wii can easily last long into the N6 lifetime (sorta like the NES, SNES, PS1, PS2 have done) if the N6 isn't backwards compatible, but even if it is you can expect the Wii to last long enough to break 100m.

Thats true.. SNES=N64... the wii is doin a hell of a job tryin to best those 2 with a 2D mario revival, DK revival, and 2D sonic!! not to mention the sheer epicness of SMG series... unfortunately zelda skyward doesn't seem to have that umph yet. If it does though the wii mgiht as well join the hall of fame
