yeah I had hoped someone with a bit more knowledge about the HTML stuff would do a thread in the website section and add all possible commands, though this is definitely a start.
The MGS3 ending brought me really close; I wanted to cry after happened actually. I felt that ending was very well done and revealed the SHIT ending that was MGS2.
The ending of Shadow of the Colossus was...tough to watch. With a game that great no ending could suffice, but it was OK.
Ocarina of Time...I couldnt believe it was all over. I don't think I have ever played a game since with an ending so Climactic. Zelda gasping whenever you got hurt was just the icing on the friggin cake.
Bioshock's was just very terrible so I was more pissed off than saddened or anything.

Man, spoilers for Wind Waker (endgame spoilers, very serious):
My wife is utterly destroyed by what the King of Hyrule does at the end. When Link is reaching out to him, and Zelda says that they could find Hyrule again, and he says "But that land will not be Hyrule. It will be your land." Lord, you've never seen someone cry that hard over Zelda.

Softie maybe, but I think that's just plain cool. It's just an extremely powerful ending, from Ganondorf ("Heh... the wind... it is blowing.") to the King of Hyrule (Yes, Link reaching out to him gets me every time).
Yeah, Wind Waker has a silly design choice or two (I actively repress the Triforce Hunt in my mind), but the way the game is presented, and how it all comes together... fantastic stuff.
