The MGS3 ending brought me really close; I wanted to cry after happened actually. I felt that ending was very well done and revealed the SHIT ending that was MGS2.
The ending of Shadow of the Colossus was...tough to watch. With a game that great no ending could suffice, but it was OK.
Ocarina of Time...I couldnt believe it was all over. I don't think I have ever played a game since with an ending so Climactic. Zelda gasping whenever you got hurt was just the icing on the friggin cake.
Bioshock's was just very terrible so I was more pissed off than saddened or anything.
