Knocked Up. Marvel Comics. Sopranos. Big Bang Theory. Disturbia. South Park.

Seeing a lot of Xbox/360 product placement around dem Hollywood circles the last few years.Subtle use of the Xbox brand if a videogame console is referred to. That's the kind of "partner deals" that grease the wheels a bit. Those above are a few that are just off the top of my head. And not thinking what would most certainly have been "money changes hands" placement deals like Transformers or Grandma's Boy.

I expect to see Kinect popping up in quite few movies/TV shows over the next few months, MS seem to know their stuff when it comes to this product placement gig ....

Although it may be fun - or possibly retarded - to compile some kind of list of xbox/360 product placements over the last few years. Ok - it's pretty retarded. I would lie if I said I'd never thought of compiling such a list though.

Kinect is going to sell huge amounts because Microsoft has a deal with Disney?

Sony's had a deal with Disney for years! They were some of Blu-ray's greatest supporters! And I'm pretty sure Tron was used as promotional material for Move, as well.

Sony's deal with Disney helped Blu-ray to defeat HDDVD.  HDDVD signed on with paramount and lost to Disney/Blu-ray.

I'm still not convinced until i can try it out for myself and can confirm there are no lag issues. Though $150 is a bit expensive to ''try'' something out, and it will only get voice control like half a year later anyway.
