Most likely, well under half for most of the reasons already mentioned.
Halo is synonymous with the Xbox brand and I can't think of anyone offhand who loved or even liked the franchise enough to pay money for the games who didn't already own a 360.
It's a pretty safe assumption that barring the few who don't understand the nature of internally developed, platform specific games (exclusives) and their relation to promoting their respective hardware platforms, nobody is "holding off" on buying an Xbox despite wanting to play Halo, because they hope or expect to see the latest Halo game show up on the Wii or PS3.
It would be shunned by the hardcore PS3 fans for the most part, despite being one of the better examples of its genre so most of the sales would go to PS3 owners who simply don't play enough video games to justify buying every single game system on the market so they can play "everything."
The only way a PS3 port could steal any sales away from the 360 version is if for whatever inexplicable reasons, it was actually better than the original.
