Let me touch on that again..

The only place it was 8 million ahead was the USA and now that number is close to 10 million.. worldwide its been close to 5 million or more for the most part.. but I think it'll hit 6 at least now worldwide for as this console has a strong 6 months ahead with a slim 360 for the holidays

"NA SALES UP -- PS3 DOMINATES ALL" thread when PS3 was only ahead of wii or 360 by 1K?

Last year... week before PS3 Slim.

360: 31,201,088
PS3: 22,657,164

GAP:  8,543,924

It was over 8 million ahead.

I checked and Im surprised it was ahead in fact 8 million world wide before PS3 slim..  hard to see it being that far ahead again, but this generation its pretty safe to say 360 will end up in 2nd place

I said that the Wii pricepoint is not a problem. That was 2008 and I meant it in a good way. They could have old the Wii for $300 back then and they probably still had shortages.

I didn't say anything about Wii pricepoint in the past months / last year

But...

I think the boost like this due to price, simply prove that pricepoint is an issue for every console.

If anything it proved you need America to win ... lower sales of the wii in America.... or raise sales of the PS3 in America... or lower sales of the Xbox 360 in America...
