Let me touch on that again..

The only place it was 8 million ahead was the USA and now that number is close to 10 million.. worldwide its been close to 5 million or more for the most part.. but I think it'll hit 6 at least now worldwide for as this console has a strong 6 months ahead with a slim 360 for the holidays

Meh. I doubt we will see the gap be that big ever again. Be it 360 leading or PS3 leading..

Good numbers, hard to see any real life situation in which the PS3 will break even any time in the next few yrs

You're wrong.

PS3 sales last year before the boost - 22,657,164
360 sales last year before PS3 boost - 31,201,088

Do the math.

360 had a WW lead of about 8.5 Million units.

The gap can drop, or raise, at a VERY fast rate.
