What will be the split between Wii and PS3 this week?

Only just barely - 9k, and Wii Party's while selling less initially is now well out-pacing Mario Party.
Week 6 - MP8 42k, WP 130k
Yeah, the holiday helps but not that much, that's great word of mouth happening
Nice week in Japan, even more compared to Others. Nintendo gets the biggest bumps from festivals shopping, not enough for Wii to beat PS3, though, but enough to get again the top SW seller.
Nintendo gets more than 55% of total Wii and DS SW sales.
| This Year | Last Year | Difference | |
| PS3 | 31,844 | 6,941 | 24,903 (359%) |
| Wii | 25,613 | 47,053 | -21,440 (-46%) |
| X360 | 4,881 | 8,364 | -3,483 (-42%) |
| PS2 | 1,568 | 6,222 | -4,654 (-75%) |
| DS | 56,237 | 95,839 | -39,602 (-41%) |
| PSP | 34,983 | 39,796 | -4,813 (-12%) |

If GT5 does what I expect it may do way more than accelerate it.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Because Sony launched just 3 weeks ago a new color for the console, that give it a huge boost, since this week is/was Obon week, the sales gain some momentum. If they don't launch something interesting in the next 2 or 3 weeks, Wii might pass the PS3 again, but just for a few weeks, till the big releases of the end on the year.
