tell you what though, i'm buying the move bundle at $100 and when i get it i'll have 3 games; sports champions, little big planet, and heavy rain.  i guess i'm just the exception that proves your stupid rule though right?

Noone has said that Kinect is only 2 players. 

We havent had confirmation from M$ on this at all. All we know is the games at E3 were 2 players, and Dance Central was upto 3 players ( and the adverts for DC confirm 3 players ).

And yes Hardcore motion controller gamers are in the minority. Look at the sales of Conduit, or Red Steel, or any mature/hard to grasp game on Wii. The sales are dismal in comparison to core games on PS3 let alone 360. 

Even the Mario/Mario Kart franchise has been streamlined and dumbed down compared to the challenge you used to get in my good old Ninty days. 

If it was the hardcore market really buying the wii, they would have been buying the Gamecube last gen. As for hardcore games the Gamecube was both more challenging and better for the core gamer.

Not in the UK. Move titles are £39.99. So are all M$ 360 games. Except the odd £44.99.

And thanks for the info. Maybe Dance Central uses a less active pick up for background dancers or something.

US is a bargain. It's comaparitively alot more cheaper than Move over UK. And why isnt an official ad proof?

Tbh I have no idea why it can track 6 players and only two active players :S my guess is it can't track but can identify 6 players? for w/e the hell that maybe useful for

Anywho we haven't seen it track more than two still and we have no confirmation of it either...maybe GC and TGS will change that but for now it only tracks 2

going by that video just dance is single player as the background dancers are tracking exactly with the one guy in the video and the mother/daughter movements not being tracked at all - kind of the same as the videos of just dance with groups of 20 or more people dansing.

im also in that line of purchase...i like the tech also, even though there is very little of the game's right now that i can see myself buying KINECT on the other hand yea, i am going to buy that because of the PC support for the device also.

How'd you work that one out? I calculated it to be around £125 in the UK for an existing PS3 owner to buy Move for 2 players with a game.

Move bundle = £49.99 (comes with demo disc, Eye and Move controller; no games)

Extra 'Move' controller = £34.99

Move game = Approx £39.99

at Amazon.co.uk pricing.

Like I said in my previous post, I still think they're too expensive but you've also got to factor in that some Move games are already out and will be patched when Move is released (so some won't buy an extra game initially), or that some already have a Playstation Eye (and will only buy a controller or 2), so the entry price for Move really is lower for existing PS3 owners than Kinect for existing 360 owners (in the UK at least).

Strange : In UK you will not get a £79 move bundle with PSEye, Move, Demo Disc and Sport Champions ?

Yes, there's enough proof that Kinect is only for up to two players at the same time.

Furthermore in some games : Kinectimals, Your Shape, maybe Joyride, it's only "one player at the same time"...

If that is the case i strongly advice Sony to raise the price of Sports Champions to $99, because i could get the Move controller and the PSeye for free!

It probably only processes the skeleton for 2 players simultaneously but tracks the other 4 players so that you can have that seamless transition from player to player that people from the demo stations talk about.

The cost isn't too bad (*blows nose with $100 bill*) But it would be more appealing if they sold the thing seperately and let me decide which game I wanted to buy.  But in all honesty, from the videos we've watched, my family is most excited about Kinect Adventures, anyway.
