At first I didn't care.

Then I saw gaf's bitter tears and realized that there was much entertainment to be reaped from their meltdowns. Internet drama - it's more entertaining than TV.

Especially their grave concern over vgchartz becoming more popular. Hilarious.  I've read about the dispute between ioi and GAF intermittently over my time here, but can I get a good account of it here?

I think they are worried that because of the VG3 update the data from Vgchartz will be inaccurate. They can't just copy potentially incorrect information and expect to sell it so they are waiting on adjustments from Brett before they can safely release their own numbers.
