Well I don't understand their logic for becoming friends with Activison. But how are they dead to you? They haven't even made a new game yet. Just because they aren't soloey linked to MSFT and have exclusive console dev doesn't mean they are dead.

its not about going muliplatform, but being tied with Activision!

@bolded - You and every other Sony guy thinks this, but the sales don't, and contrary to what you may think, the sales are what Sony cares about. That is what STAGE is referring to. Killing Halo's sales by being MORE popular.

I don't understand the "damage control" statement. Bungie has been independant since 2007, MS created 343 studios at least last year and told everyone that 343 was doing Halo from now on and we've known since last year that Bungie most likely won't be doing another Halo. "Damage Control" is done by a year. The only people I see freaking out about this are PS3 guys, which makes sense because they get to play a Bungie game without paying the "evil" MS any money, hooray for you.


i'm not freaking out,i don't like halo which was on reason why i don't have a 360, gears of war alone can't make me a buy a console. ps3 owners are satisfied witht he fps games they have, killzone and resistance are shaping into great series, besides we don't need another fps all they keep doing is milking and milking a genra.

Halo is a very unique FPS that offers what Killzone 2 and Resistance could never offer. In fact, its the only FPS i care to play these days. It has that it factor. Halo Reach will end the relevance between people even putting Resistance and KZ in its league. Don't get me wrong, I liked KZ2 (can't say the same for Resistance), but it isn't Halo and Reach is looking to be ten times better than it was before.

Gran Turismo games have better average sales than Halo games.

STAGE's original comment is the problem: "LOL" and "desperate" is trolling.  I'll counterspin and say he's in damage control mode.  Isn't vgchartz fun.
