I was trying to tell one of my friends to play a different game other than MW2 because there have been way better games released in 2010 so far and then this other dude interrupts the convo and says I'm retarded. Ok... So then I'm like to my friend "You're a X360 owner and you don't have Mass Effect 2. You see how much shit MW2 is getting and how much praise Mass Effect 2 is getting." Then the the other dude butts in again and says "I would have possibly agreed with you if you had said "Dude get Fifa10 its awesome (but not as awesome as COD)"... See more
or "Dude get NBA2K10 its awesome (but not as awesome as COD)"

 

So how ignorant can COD fanboys get?!!

Basically there are gamers who just buy the new COd/GTA/FIFA/MAdden every year.....I see them as hardcore casuals.

COD has joined the list of games they buy every year now.

Call of Duty is a stupid franchise that is being ran into the ground. But that is only my opinion.

I mean, it's a solid game and quite a bit of fun, but like darthdevidem said, they are "hardcore casuals".

Why "hardcore" casuals?

Why not just casuals? The play a  2-4 games only, and only care about them, they don't try to go pro, and the play them for pure fun, what's the difference between them and pepole who only play Wii Sports/NSMBW/Whatever "casual" game you pick.
