They came up with the design and implementation, so how didn't they invent it?
Sony fans, I love you, but you're the kings of spin.

I don't see why the outrage! XD It makes perfect sense to me. I guess they would like that people who make a search for Wii get the chance to see their product which comes to compete in the same field as the Wii. :P It is PR.
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

It's in the tags because Sony obviously wants to appeal to Wii owners or people who want to buy a wii. It's marketing without shame. All companies do it from time to time.
I remember that Sony used a zelda music once to introduce on of their new games though. Or was it the playstation 2/3 it self? Don't remember anymore, but that was more epic fail then this thing :P

Nintendo did not invent motion controls.
Move has the same design, so? What people fail to realize in this industry is, companies use other ideas from other companies.
Sony was the first to design dual-analog controllers, Nintendo did it, so did Microsoft.
Do you see anyone getting butthurt over it?
Who is "Sony"? The person who uploaded that video to youtube and typed in the tags ?
Must be hard for that person to have his personality split in 180,000 pieces.

They didn't invent it, but they were the first GAMING company to use MOTION CONTROLS SUCCESFULLY and it wasn't an ADD ON, but a MAIN FOCUS.
Fact is, Sony would have never released this if the wii failed. Yes, Sony is doing this because Nintendo did it and yes they were inspired by Nintendo's controller.

Yes because The eyetoy is a brand new accessory and Sony hasn't been working on motion controller technology since before the Wii was released.
This is only my opinion.

Sony did not innovate anything......their controller at launch didnt even have any analog sticks but once the N64 analog was getting praise , sony made the dual-stick model controller and when nintendos rumble pak took off , sony made the dual shock......all sony has done is copy Nintendo by literally doubling it.
It is a case of follow the leader.
N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!
@OP, sorry but you are delusional and extremely biased. SONY obviously put Nintendo Wii in the tags because it's the direct competitor. The wii is already famous and when people put wii in the search engine it will bring them to the PS MOVE video. It's just smart move, moral or not.

It was a playstation executive in Taiwan i believe. Kaz I wanna say when he was being announced for a speech. He seemed rather embarressed.
