No one is saying Nintendo invented motion control or were the first ones to use it in gaming.
Just because the Eyetoy uses motion doesn't mean it's the same as the wii controller.
I'm pretty darn sure that if the wii failed(or if the wii didn't use it) Sony would have never released this.
And just because Nintendo wasn't the first one to bring on motion control in games doesn't mean Sony didn't copy them. They clearly did with the PS Move.
