So, everyone who is a "core" gamer hates the Wii which is odd because Nintendo is the face of gaming and has been around for a long time and shaped gaming into what it is today. So I sat down and thought about it for a while and was reading trying to gain insight into this issue. I have finally figured out why everyone hates the Wii.
Every person who hates the Wii used to brag how they would destroy anyone in Mario Kart Wii and they traded Friend Codes with Rolstoppable (I suggest you don't unless you want to sell your system). Rolstoppable then proceeded to lap them without using any items (he claims he doesn't know how to use them) and their pride was destroyed. Ever since then they have hated the Wii. I managed to beat Rol in one race which is why I still love the Wii.
Source 1 - Ari_Gold got lapped by rol (or maybe not, but it must have been bad)
Source 2 - okeydokey hates the Wii because he was lapped - and he doesn't even count for anything any more - in fact, he doesn't even play real consoles since the incident
Source 3 - Shia LaBeouf couldn't lap rol
Source 4 - playing rol destroys self esteem
I'm sure there are more examples of how Rol has destroyed many hopes and dreams but I'm too lazy to search for more. Thank you Rol for ruining the internet and causing everyone to hate the Wii. Now I have to moderate forums and ban Wii trolls all the time.
