With physical support ending for Playstation this chart will soon only have Switch and Switch 2 games

Not amazing results, but for a remake of a 29-year-old rail shooter in 2026? Not bad, and certainly the best results for the series in two decades.

Wonder when SW2 will pick up. Will see if Splatoon raiders has any lasting impact. It needs to average above 30k for the next twenty weeks to stay ahead of 2025 YTD. Which takes it up to just before the holidays.

Last year averaged 78k a week over this period.

King Switch 2 , come on!! fight !!!!!

King Switch 1, keep increasing!!

The Switch 2 was like 90% down YoY this month so it's clearly doomed. Really though it's business as usual for it and the PS5 while the Switch 1 increases a bit. For the PS5 these software charts will be even less representative of the overall market after next year becoming purely a Switch software chart so that'll be another blow to them.

Also that's the first half of this year over now and the Switch 2 has done very well so far though sales will be a lot slower in the 2nd half of the year for the most part and the Switch 1 has had a surprisingly strong first half being under 50% down but its sales have tanked now so should sell a lot less in the 2nd half of the year. And the PS5 has held up well compared to last year so far considering the Wilds boost so should do over 700k in the end. Overall a strong first half of the year for hardware sales but things are gonna be a lot more difficult going forward.

Oled finally increases, a bit hopeful that ns will have again 5 digit sales weeks in less dry months.
