Forums - Sony - Your PS wrap up stats for 2025.

2025 gaming was a...

S tier year 1 14.29%

A tier year 3 42.86%

B tier year 2 28.57%

C tier year 0 0%

D tier years 0 0%

E tier year 0 0%

F tier year 0 0%

I have no opinion 1 14.29%

Total:7

Just type "PS wrap up" into Google.

I only got seven months in, 5 of the months were complete disasters so these stats are still the most hard-core stats I've ever had. 17 platinums. 880 is hours in those seven months. 23 games Beaten in 7 months. Never have I ever gotten close to that. Also, never leaned into one genre so hard, 52% action adventure games.

I dunno how to share so I'll just embed Twitter.

I spent 45% of my time in 5 games and 35% of my time in 3 games yet still got 17 platinums, 4 of those 5 included which accounts for 332 hours of my playtime. That's made me feel better.

Still, I could have gotten to like 1600 hours with 40 games finished at least and maybe 30 platinums. If not just doubled what I had by doing some crunch in December. It's such a shame.

Only got 2 platinums, but clocked 1269 hours.

Gacha games are MASSIVE time sinks lol, over 400 hours each on 2 of them, could have beaten a lot of games otherwise too.

Edit: seems like it was updated since I saw it last time, now it clocks exactly 1300 hours.

Ride The Chariot | ‘25 Completion

It December to December I think. I played a lot more this December but that will be in next year's wrap up. We started PoE last December so all our PoE hours are in the 2025 wrap-up.

Voted A tier year for PSVR2

My Top 5 this year

  1. The Midnight Walk (Claymation in VR is pure magic)

  2. Ghost Town (The details in the game make it outstanding)

  3. Hitman WoA (The variety in environments makes it a great virtual holiday destination)

  4. Lumines Arise (Perfect HDR, great effects and music)

  5. Infinity Hotel (Room scale play used to perfection)

Runners up

- Cave Crave, amazing experience, somehow being stuck in a narrow underground tunnel is relaxing?
- VRacer Hoverbike, Wipeout on PSVR2. Needs more Wipeout like tracks and not HGP Circuit ones.
- I Robot, classic Jef Minter but I sucked at it too much to get far. (Need to pick it back up)
- Firmament, great story and world building plagued by performance issues and graphical artifacts.
- Audio Trip, great visuals, needs more content
- Wallace and Gromit The Grand Getway, fun but not claymation and too little of the actual sets.
- Pools, amazing HDR lighting, some visual issues.
- Of Lies and Rain, promising start but the lighting gave me a headache, not continued yet

There are more games I bought in 2025 (Wanderer, Into The Radius, Arizona Sunshine 2, Epyka, Vertigo 2, Into Black, Reach, Dreams of Another, Thief VR) all not got to yet. (And still have more 2024 games to play as well ugh)

And of course the evergreen games keep on giving

- GT7's new tracks are excellent. Yas Marina at night looks amazing.
- Puzzling Places keeps on giving, had a UI overhaul this year and increased resolution, looks perfect now.
- Synthriders the new Lady Gaga pack with 11 songs, a whole album, is great!

You still played a lot more PS than me.

Nothing too crazy. Most I’ve ever played PlayStation in a single year, funnily enough. Though this is the last until at least PS6… I already sold my PS5 for my new gaming PC.

I only played a few PS games in 2025, but all the titles I played were pretty fun regardless. I completed all of them except DS3, so I'm gonna finish DS3 in 2026.
