Did you miss Switch 1 hardware numbers?

Metroid Prime almost number 1. Great sales.
PSVR2 is doing well all things considered.

hardware wise where is S1?

Hmmmm. Metroid Dread did 25k FW. So over 60% higher launch sales than Prime 4.

My expectation has been Prime 4 will sell more LT so hopefully it's done better in other regions or will have better legs.

Oddly, NS1 figures aren’t listed on OG source…? I wonder what’s up with that.

As for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond’s performance, the game opens a decent amount above Metroid Prime Remastered (11,000) but significantly down from Metroid Dread (25,000). Worth keeping in mind is that these are retail figures, and MPRemastered was shadow dropped digitally two weeks in advance.

Launch for Prime has been worse than for Dread, which is a bit strange since the common sense is 3D games have broader appeal compared to 2D game

My guess is people want to play it on Switch 2, and since there is a higher barrier entry (it's a brand new console), then many people will wait a few years/months until they can buy the console and play Metroid in the best possible hardware

It will all comes down to WOM. If WOM is good, legs will be good and 5, 6 and even 7 million is possible

If WOM is weak, it will sell less than Dread. Maybe 2 to 3 million

Ah a much bigger gap compared to the UK, I'd assume maybe down to S2 install base. Will be curious to see how it keeps up over December.

I really want to know ps portal sales in europe..... and if it is selling more than the xbox consoles.

Also I wouldn't be surprised if it actually sold considerably more than Dread on its first week considering the higher digital ratio we have nowadays

It's great that we have Meta Quest and PSVR 2 numbers in Spain charts.
