Before previews, I would have put my hand on a fire and said 94. After the whole Mackenzie shitshow from most western review sites? I hate to say this, but it's gonna be a high 80 (undeservedly so). 88-89 probably.

I'll guess 92. Closer to Prime 3 thran Prime 1, but better than Prime 3.
It's weird but it seems to me like most high profile Nintendo games have somehow enjoyed a presence mostly in the high 80's since the SW2 gen began.
Imma guess something that goes in between 89-91.

Yeah this is a very difficult one to call… on the one hand, the gameplay is peak Metroid Prime; on the other hand, the media is going ballistic over the Myles Mackenzie.
Metroid Prime Remastered achieved 94OC/MC. Metroid Prime 4: Beyond could do similarly had it not been for the NPC debacle. That said, I’m saying 88 for NS2 Edition. Not a bad game by any means, but it has one glaring flaw that sets it apart from the original trilogy.
It's tricky cause a lot rides on how the rest of the NPC companion experience and bike travelling segments turn out. With the massive wait and the Prime series being prestigious anything less than high 80's will be a major disappointment really.
