Forums - Nintendo Discussion - I've finally 100%ed Breath of the Wild!

There's the Nintendo and Zelda threads for this but it's such an occasion that I really have to brag about. After almost 4 years since the game's original release, I finally had the guts to conclude my Korok hunt. I began my search with 817, that's how I left the game last year, I think. I'm not a masochist so evidently I consulted a guide. I was so nervous that I would still need 1 or 2 seeds when the videos were done, but thankfully such a calamity didn't happen.

I'm so pumped up!

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Good for you excellent work, I gave up with around 80%.

Congrats dude. I don't have the patience or the skill. I only got about half of the shrines completed and about half of the Korok seeds obtained.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

PS5: 115 million (was 105 million) Xbox Series S/X: 57 million (was 60 million, then 67 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)

That's actually pretty good.

I think areas count towards the percentage if I'm not mistaken. If that's the case, I may have been a little bit lucky.

Your right on areas but wrong on luck, I'm sure your hard work and skill is what got you there.

Nice job, man. I think I have under 300 seeds and that's already a lot for me. I have all 120 shrnes, though, so there's that.

I applaud you. I gave up after the 120 Shrines, though I think I'll go back for the Korok seeds one day.

Congrats to you! Getting 100% in BOTW gives a special feeling of satisfaction. I've done it 4 times, once a year.

The real important question here is, given the fact that you're playing master mode, did you complete the Trial of the sword?

I just noticed you're playing in Spanish. De donde eres amigo? Yo soy de la bella ciudad y puerto de Veracruz en Mexico.

This whole ordeal made me reinforce my thought that this game desperately needs an auto-run option. Sure, all buttons and commands are busy, but maybe if you press the run button + A or something else should do the trick. I wonder if they didn't include it because horses already have the option and because in hard terrain you don't need it, anyway, but there are situations where I would've appreciated it, the game's terrain isn't fully bumpy.

Hopefully the sequel has it, would be a huge plus.

Great game but letdown by the ending. Throughout the whole game you had the castle in the centre that seemed as the main focus, and when you get there, I was expecting a grand design of a castle and the interiors, instead you are left with something that felt small, hollow and wasn't that great.
