Uncharted 3 after nearly 2 years has hit a new milestone of 6 million physical copies sold. Including the digital version (PSN+ and sales) this game might add a few millions extra on top of that. With the last of Us probably going to reach these sales faster than the Uncharted series Naughty Dog really is one of the most important studios that Sony owns. 

There already 2 new games in production for PS4 (one in the first year) and they probably assemble a third team for perhaps DLC/new game

There are a few other games which probably are going to set new milestones in the next coming weeks or months. These games are:

• Littlebigplanet 2 will reach 3 million any time soon
• Uncharted Golden Abyss nearly a million physical copies

6mil, eh? Great news for a great game. Well deserved.

And GA had better be near 1mil, we have it at 990k!

6m is a great job, while it has been thrown in with some bundles it has not been thrown in with every bundle and buyers tend to have a choice of whether they want it bundled or something else.

It is also a game that sells consoles even if it wasn't as good as 2

You would imagine that Naughty Dog is 90% working on Uncharted 4 for PS4 and only a small team working on another Last of Us game (or hopefully something else). They are a 2 game studio rather than a 2 team studio, I feel there will a lot of mixing and matching.

They have also probably had some people dedicated to DLC since they have been bringing out stuff for the Uncharted games for a while

Anyway, I very much look forward to seeing what they are working on for PS4

Although I don't think TLoU will hit 6 million sold anytime soon, if ever (I honestly doubt it), still the universal critical acclaim, and wide appeal of their games which end in great commercial success, make Naughty Dog easily the single greatest asset SCE has, software wise.
As for UC3, amazing game, my second favourite this generation behind, you guessed it, The Last of Us. Great to see it selling that good, en route to outselling UC2 and I think also on it's way to break 7million copies.

Great News, the game deserves it.

Its file size is so big though, that I doubt digital sales are above 50k. Nobodies got time to sit and wait for 60GB of data to download and then install.

Just goes to show how a sequel done properly can really transform a franchises fate.

littlebig planet is probably at 4 million already, their sales in Europe are NOT tracked and they say so on the page. its cracked 3 million a LONG time ago.

yup. i would say LBP2 would be between 4 and 4.5 million or so, Killzone 3 clearly outsold KZ2 as well, i think we have a false image around how big killzone as a franchise is, while people think it sells just 2 million or so. i think reality is that its a 3M+ franchise. i think its a good choice for sony to have KZ shadow fall as a launch tittle for the PS4

Same for inFAMOUS 2. Says data for this region is incomplete. I don't see why Sony would buy Sucker Punch after inFAMOUS 2 if it sold almost 1 million units less (according to VGC). inFAMOUS 1 has 600k sold in Europe and inFAMOUS 2 only 200k? Doubt it.
